Told me to wait one hour for prescription. One hour went by and nothing! Another hour went by. Nothing! Go elsewhere for medication! Incompetent!Â
Overcharged and Misled - District Manager has banned GoodRX I came to Rite Aid expecting to pay $150 for a prescription using my GoodRx Gold card, but was charged $243 instead. No clear signage or warning was provided that GoodRx wouldn’t be accepted. It feels like Rite Aid is counting on customers being too far into the process to take their business elsewhere. Very deceptive practice—be transparent and give people the chance to go somewhere else! Won’t be returning unless this is addressed.Â
