I haven’t written any type of review for any business in years but I’ve been thinking about this since yesterday and I’m still so upset. I had refilled a prescription for Gabapentin for my multiple sclerosis and because I wasn’t able to either walk or drive for days, I got communications that my prescription was going to be returned to the shelf if I didn’t pick it up. This is specifically for the pharmacy and not about the retail store. Let me preface this with how much retail pharmacies SUUUUCK. All of them except this one. It was a circus. I had to pick up medicine for my wife, who had just undergone surgery to have a molar removed. The dentist had called in the prescription to the Rite Aid on Adams Avenue. When I arrived, I went to the "pick-up" window, provided my wife’s name and birthdate, and was promptly informed by the pharmacist that I needed to go to the "drop-off" window instead.
