The manager put a paper sign up saying “cash app reload service is down” all because I go there to upload money every other day. I know it’s not down. They’re just tired of doing the service for me. The clerk at the register even said “it’s above my pay grade” when I asked him why haven’t they fixed it then. There’s a reason cash app says they’re a retailer. They offer the service. The manager is just being funny. DONT GO HERE.
The old lady and the guy with the green hair have nothing better to do while closing but sit at the front and talk about customers. Not even a greeting just dirty looks from the old lady.
Pharmacy staff is very ignorant. We went through the drive through and a lady told us we had to wait a couple minutes for my prescription to be ready so just circle around the store and come back to the window. So, we did exactly that. Less than 4 minutes went by. As we pull up to the window the same lady held up a paper stating we have to come in to pick up proscriptions. Worst service ever at the pharmacy. I came at 1:20 to get my prescription in the pharmacy drive through which I needed asap it was an emergency. The two girls at the front took 10 minutes putting my insurance in then told me to come back later because they are going on lunch. Mind you it wasn’t even 1:30 yet. I go to cvs or other rite aids and have no problems its always just a quick 5 second process. Actually ridiculous and the customer service was horrible.
Started to go downhill after that one pharmacist Kevin left. Hank and Kamar are the only bright lights in this sea of obsidian sadness.
