how the hell does rite aid not have my perscription in stock??? you’re a pharmacy, start acting like one
This Rite Aid is the worst that I've been to. Instead of giving you the full prescription information guide they give you one piece of paper with your medication name at expect you to scan a QR code. They lie and say you elected to receive information about your medication with a QR code when you didn't. I talked to an employee about this issue they said it would be corrected and I'd receive the full medication guide yet it didn't happen the employee lied. This is the absolute worst pharmacy. I will never enter a rite aid anywhere again. I was very, very sick, the incompetent girls behind the counter at the drive thru asked me my date of birth after I told her 3 times already. So the last time she asked I raised my voice thinking she obviously did not here me the first 3 times. Once I raised my voice the ignorant pharmacist, who was female, told me to go somewhere else for my prescription, I wasn't getting it there. She denied me important medication that I desperately needed.... read more
