Rite aid billed the wrong insurance and I have called their Customer Care department to just have them rebill to the correct insurance. Each time I call, I am told the problem was ESCALATED but the problem still exists. I am now over 100 days and 5 phone calls for the "District Manager" to call me and get this resolved. It is not my responsibility to bill when I get a prescription filled, its the pharmacist job! Can't get through to their corporate offices and I am not getting stuck with this overpayment to the wrong insuran... read more
