******* was supposed to come to my house through my warranty American home shield to fix several leaks in my house. He came to my house late without parts extremely unprepared and unprofessional. I was forced to pay for parts that he did not have. He did not fix any of the leaks, and actually created a leak in my master bathroom because he did such a poor job and now Im forced to fight with the warranty company over his horrible work and Im out over $200 because I had to pay for parts plus the service fee. If I could give ZERO stars I would! One of the owners, it seems to be a "Family Business" is a Fraud! I requested a contractor through American Home Shield, and they sent a husband/wife team to my home on 4/5 to repair faucets and running toilets. The wife complained that no way they could do all that work and immediately told me they would reschedule for 4/8 so they could get parts for the work?? Wow I can't believe how fast they where at my house with a great service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a good plumber.
They never showed when for 3 days we called and they said someone would be there. When my mother is on oxygen and has water dripping under her sink causing mold. You guys suck...
