I called Ritchie's to get a quote on removing a dead tree. After leaving messages two times, I finally was able to schedule an appointment for a quote. I shared my address and was told that they would be out the next evening. No one showed or called.

Todd came out and spent time with us providing a complete estimate and worked with us to help prioritize trees that could cause property damage. He and his team came out and worked efficiently taking down trees that were hanging over fences and the house without causing any damage. Left my property in great shape.

Very professional service. They removed a large tree we had in less than 5 hours and had everything chipped up, stump ground up, cleaned up, leveled, and large trunks removed. If you didn't know we had a tree there this morning, you wouldn't know it was ever there. They even removed another small tree and ground the stump out as a bonus before they left. We would highly recommend him. Very friendly and easy to work with!
