I bought a refrigerator from GE, who contracts this company for delivery and installation. I had a funny feeling all along, from the very first call I got from this company. They insisted they were 'delivering' a refrigerator, and I insisted 'I expect you to deliver AND install it' which I had already paid for to GE. Their answer was always 'we'll see when we get there'. Recently I purchased and fridge from Home Depot that contracts with your delivery company as a 3rd party. Upon day of delivery the fridge was unable to be delivered due to regulations about parking requirements of the delivery vehicle. This was not disclosed to us when we arranged delivery and we have expressed this issue to Home Depot. What I am writing about was the poor customer service by the delivery drivers.
