2017 570 sportsman, transmission bad,warranty will not cover,what a joke this place is,Stay away from Polaris,buncha junk.
RecommendedIt was super easy doing business here, we found the side by side we wanted on the website. I called and had all the paperwork done the next day we drove two and a half hours we signed the papers, loaded up the side by side, in and out in less than an hour! Thank you Ritchie Power sports!
RecommendedI recently took my RZR900XP to Ritchie's in Athens to have some repair work done. I'd like to say they went above and beyond to help me out which included shipping my motor to FL for someone else to build. Everything I was charged for seemed perfectly fair and I will definitely use them again. A HUGE thanks to Jay Jenkins, Josh in service dept. and Casey Ellis who turned the wrenches.
salesman sent a quote for a atv and then changed the price. even though I have the quote he would not honor the price he sent. very bad way of trying to do bussiness.
Horrible customer service!!! And the service department charges for things that they didn't fix. And overcharge on what they actually do!! Do not reccomend!!
Bought uses side by side. Engine was dirty when I bought it, they never cleaned it. Took it in for warranty issue and service. They said the problem was just because the engine and radiator were dirty. Charged me $200 extra for cleaning it, (which they never did before it was sold). Get it back and it's still having the same issues, doesn't look like it was cleaned at all, and they refuse to give the $200 extra they charged for cleaning back.
