Doesn’t take responsibility for their mistakes! Wants to blame it on “old equipment” then calls me a douche bag when i call them out on it. Never had any issues until they showed up and ran my pump all Day Long. When it burned out.. it somehow was my fault. But I’m a douche bag. Okay! Great! Awesome customer service Ritchie! Nice work!
I switched to Ritchie Pools and Spas in 2016 and could not be more happy with my decision. They are quick to respond to questions, via phone or email, and were there the same day when there was a fire next door and glass from shattering windows was in our pool. They can also do any repair work you may need on your pool. Everything went well with the weekly cleanings during the rental season, I had no complaints from guests. I highly recommend this company.
Never used your company but it looks like you do great work. We could use some people around here that take pride in their craft!
