Horrible! Bob Guntharp was AT LEAST 30 minutes late to every appointment we ever had & would never discuss anything with me over the phone. The lady he pawned off on me, Misti (?), was extremely rude! I would call for status & she would take WEEKS to get back to me, then act like I was annoying her! Um, I'm sorry - I'm your client & paying you to do your job...which is to keep me informed & help me get what I deserve from the insurance company.
