It’s been two years, and I’m still angry every time I clean my floors. The job was a disaster - stain was absolutely everywhere on my baseboards and quarter round. Mike was nice about it initially, and tried to fix some of what his guys did. But after the third time they came back and I still wasn’t happy he ghosted me. Ritchie Floors did a beautiful job restoring our hardwood floors back to what they looked like 15 years ago. They clearly explained the restoration schedule and kept us abreast each step of the way. The Ritchie field team were very professional and did their best to minimize any inconvenience from the work being performed. Mike the owner was easy to work with and went the extra mile to insure the finished product met our expectations. This was our third time using Ritchie Floors. I would not hesitate to use them again
Giving 1 start due to a lack of communication, unprofessionalism and messiness. We were told by the owner the wood/carpet thresholds would be taped and they were not, leaving stain and clear coat the length of where the kitchen and family room meet. The “fix” was someone on the crew cut the carpet fibers. It has damaged our carpet permanently and cannot be fixed without replacing the carpet. The floors do look great, but it I would hate for our experience with the rest of the process to happen to anyone else.

Ritchie Floors did an amazing job on our floors!! Replaced the wood in the kitchen, sanded all the floors, and sealed. Absolutely beautiful! And there were just a few blemishes after sealing the floor, and Mike came and made them all disappear! Very high quality work!
