Dave is a great guy, high integrity and reasonable. He provided good feedback and advice on a basement renovation. Showed up after hours within 35 minutes when we had a challenge. Recommended.
Dave explained in detail what is wrong and needs to be fixed with our pump.Gave great advice on how to resolve our problems left by previous plumber. We would recommend him highly. We will definitely call him again with future needs. Very gracious and kind.
Both of my toilets had stopped working, oddly within a few weeks of each other. David Ritchie showed up right on time and had both toilets repaired in a very short time. I will gladly call him again for any plumbing repairs..
