I recently took my Jeep to Ritchie’s Auto Shop because it was making a rattling noise coming from the engine. Before that, I had taken it to Pep Boys, where I was charged $1,200 only to be told that “Jeeps make noise.” Unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved, and the noise continued to get louder. Excellent experience. As a woman, I really appreciated how honest, respectful, and transparent he was about pricing and what my car actually needed — without trying to upsell unnecessary repairs. He was affordable, extremely helpful, and gave me practical advice on how to keep my car in good condition economically. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
