Staff is wonderful from registration to exit gate. So helpful and nice to a person and I appreciated them all. Made my experience there one I certainly want to repeat!

I went through the process of using the financial department to buy a recent cat 305.5e2. I thought I had done my home work to read through the loan terms; however, a few key things went by that I did not see and things that the Sunny Wu at the company should have told me. Unfortunately for me I will give Ritchie Bros way too much money for this machine. If u want to grow your business and want a fair deal to finance your next machine Don’t use Ritchie Bros.
