Very friendly it was really easy to get everything I needed and get on the road
One employee who always wears a hat acts like he saw me on top of his girl the white guy. Very emotionally got a tolerance of a child. if there was 0 rating I would have gave them
Terrible customer service, several days after a large auction we waited over an hour at the gate to get into the lot to load out. Employees were very rude and unhelpful.
They make it nearly impossible for a person who works a m-f job to be able to pick up their items, and if you ask to schedule a time to do so outside of that they treat you like your a piece of garbage.
