Overall great experience. Bought a international truck online and showed up with no appointment I maybe waited 20 minutes and they drove the truck right to me and let me know to keep it running as the batteries were dead and they had to jump it. Will definitely be buying more.
If you have a bidder number and lot number, it's super easy to pick up. Book an appointment for ALL loader assitance loads. No appointment needed for a self load machine. Make sure the machine is paid for before you show up. One of the yard guys gave me a cold bottle of water on a hot day,thanks
This has to be one of the worst auctions I’ve ever been to - stay away. Don’t ever go to this auction!! They have made it very hard to buy here limiting their hours and combining auctions that aren’t even close to one another. They don’t care about the buyers that support them and have virtually no communication….this company has gotten rid of their live auctions and have eliminated their auctioneers / they have eliminated their catalogs marking buying even harder… and after cutting all those corners their fees are thr highe... read more
