This would be no stars if I had the option! As a small business we woke up early to take the morning off and pick up the items we purchased in the Ritche Bros. auction Wednesday. We have been here 3 hours waiting to load the items and not one truck in our line has advanced or has been loaded since 8 am this morning. When I called the office to see if we would see movement, I was told that there is only one loader and that appointments would be a priority, then our line would be taken care of if the loader has time. Picked up a truck we bought in less than an hour start to finish. Yard entry and paperwork was super straight forward. They didn't make us trailer it out. Make sure you have PPE for in the yard. The office staff was alright.
Untrustworthy employees
Girls in the office are pretty rude and unhelpful. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the older gentleman running the loader was very helpful. Being rude isn't professional.
