Girls in the office are pretty rude and unhelpful. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the older gentleman running the loader was very helpful. Being rude isn't professional.

I had a very disappointing experience with Ritchie Bros due to mislabeling of equipment. I purchased what was clearly advertised and listed as a Volvo 860. However, when I arrived to pick up the truck, it turned out to be a Volvo 760, which is not what I paid for. To every ritchie brother site i'v been this is definitely the worst. Don't expect any help or a hand from these guys. All the other sites are very friendly and helpful though.

I was actually nervous going in here because of all the negative reviews I saw. But I wanted the piece of equipment they were selling and got it at a great deal so felt it was worth braving the yard. I'm honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews. Yeah the people at the yard are busy. Yeah you get short direct answers. It's not a problem. I don’t leave reviews but this particular ritchie brothers is horrible. They are very nasty to there customers more so the loader operators there lazy and very inconsiderate and if you need them to load something they cry and wine about it witch is funny because it’s there job to do so, if your a small business trying to get started this is not the place for you.
