I don’t leave reviews but this particular ritchie brothers is horrible. They are very nasty to there customers more so the loader operators there lazy and very inconsiderate and if you need them to load something they cry and wine about it witch is funny because it’s there job to do so, if your a small business trying to get started this is not the place for you.
My First experience with Ritchie Bros. After winning several items on a Thursday, I made a $4,000 down payment the same day using their ACH option. It’s offered through their website and doesn’t charge a fee, so I used it in good faith. The next day I called the Lakepoint yard to confirm pickup details. They haven't even sold my truck for me yet, and I'm giving them 5 stars. When I went there to drop off a truck for sale, I left my prescription sun glasses on a desk, and they FedEx them to me. Great bunch to work with.
what a beautiful place but what a terrible office there at RB and fedex, lost my title and somehow , it’s my fault, unbelievable. I would stay away from here
Everybody there is quite friendly, and the place is really well organized. The only negative that I saw there was the guy in the water truck. He’s got a serious attitude problem…
