I recently purchased a vehicle from the Ritchie Bros. October 21, 2025 auction and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered with any business. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I discovered a major mice infestation inside — droppings and nesting materials all over the seats and carpet, creating a clear biohazard and health risk.
