I recently purchased a car here and have never purchased from a dealer before, but I had a great experience! They walked me through all the steps and got me out of the door with the car I wanted the same day with no hidden fees! (Which I was worried about) They were extremely personable and friendly. The place is a mess and unprofessional. Looks nice from the outside. The lady was maybe having a bad day but she had an attitude. I guess manicures are more important. I am not Shawn. It is interesting that you can remember how many people you are rude to. Even now you are inferring who I am, making a public accusation, and banning people from your business without knowing who they are. Don't worry I won't be back.
