With the SUV was purchased March 2025 not January 2025. We just wanted a reasonable solution. Dealer did not listen or interested with in customer. Warrenties are limited as well does pending what is fixed. Quick sales. Just beware of cars when purchased.
Called the dealer to ask for a reasonable solution..The dealer was very escalated and stated you bought SUV as is...but would.not offer a solution. Dealer buys many cars and stated they have excellent customer service. Very limited on if car breaksdown. Be aware of limted support. You are on your own. Understaning that cars do have issues. Absolutely the worst car place In town! Bought a car few months ago and I’ve had nothing but problems with it. It’s been sitting in my driveway longer than I been driving it. I spent over $8,000 on a Chevy equinox back in February. My transfer case went out that was over 3,000 to fix and they sold me a truck with a CRACKED ENGINE BLOCK! these people do not care about you at all! All they want is your momey! The staff was friendly, not overly, very real, and to the point. I very much appreciated it. They were willing to work with us to make sure we could get funds in time! The car I purchased had filmy residue on the inside (probably from an air freshener air can). The film was cleaned before I brought it home, but there is still some debris and stains on the interior. Im an adult... sometimes... I can clean a car. 😝
