No it was a little over a week ago. I looked at a Vistiq and I really liked it and the sales guy was really nice. I told him I wanted it and could come in on the 12 to actually buy one. But then the sales guy refused to put the appointment for the 12th in the system, gave me his personal cell phone number instead of a card, introduced me to the sales manager who was very grumpy and cold, and said just talk to him instead. I had them do my first oil change on my CT5V a while back. Fast forward to now when another service is due, and was surprised what I ran into. Had a heck of a time getting the old oil filter off. Obviously the o ring didn't come off with the filter. But what really got me was the the cheap low quality oil filters they use. Not even a Delco filter. Really makes me wonder what kind of oil they are using. I would never have them service my car again. Wonder how they are cutting corners on other parts. Here's a couple of pics of... read more
