Ritchey has been my go-to service provider for our Cadillac SUV. Today they raised the bar of excellence with immediate help with a flat tire. My service was due and they took immediate care of replacing the tire and service all at once. The service associate (David) went the extra mile to deal with the call center to loop in my extended warranty. I was very impressed and really pleased.
