Got my son involved with Santander and nearly ruined his young life not a place for first time car buyers or young people with no experience to go. They will rip you off and sell you a lemon.
My husband and i had the absolute pleasure of working with Trina King. She was so kind and patient. And we had some issues on our end we were not an easy sell. And she just smiled and held our hands every step of the way. Everyone was great. Rich the owner, and alex were awesome as well. Had a great experience overall. Which was wonderful after the horrible experience we had with our last car.
At first I wasn’t going to leave a review but I think it’s important because no matter how frustrated you are you should never make a customer feel disrespected and that’s how we felt the entire time. Our sales lady was nice at first but she came across as very pushy and wanted control over our vehicle choice. Our situation was a little complex and she wasn’t able to get all the details so maybe that’s why but it’s still no excuse to treat customers that way.
