When I walked in the office to check my son in for his 5 year check up. I was in the check in process and the lady told me that I had a collections balance of $62.15 but was not able to provide me with any information about it when I asked. Told me my son could not be seen unless it was paid. I kindly told the lady I have not gotten ANY notification regarding the balance. No bills in the mail.
