** I tried contacting this company numerous times with no response! This company never reached out to me! ** The backs advertised were real gold. The ones I received are fake gold. They have discolored and cause my ears to itch, break out, and cause pain. I have reached out for a refund with no luck. Do not buy these if you need real gold as again, they are fake and the seller is not helpful.

This seller is unresponsive, sleazy, and lacks moral fiber. I tried to return earrings that I had bought from here with zero success. I shipped the package back via USPS and the seller claims to never have received the return. The seller proceeds to go mute and stopped replying to emails. It has been over a month and nothing has been compromised. Beware of this thief den under the guise of a jewelry store. Despicable.

They do not respond to customer service reach outs. We purchased a necklace from them that broke the first use with absolutely no excess pressure applied. It was just bad quality and no response to calls or emails.

BEWARE FAULTY PRODUCTS SOLD HERE -I purchased a gold bracelet from Rita Stephens LLC and after a month the latch would unclamp and come off my wrist. I requested a resolution refund, send the bracelet back to be fixed or send a new one. My request was DECLINED with no explanation or reason nothing. This company has no integrity and zero customer service. They make me sick to take peoples hard earned money and give them junk that is a crime and Rita Stephens you should be ashamed of your selves.
