Poor experience on 8/9 when I was ignored by staff for over 5 minutes. There was no acknowledgement from staff that she had closed her line or needed to restock. She just walked away and did not take my order so we left.
I visited the Rita’s in Collegeville around 6:40pm on a Sunday and had a really uncomfortable experience. There were two lines open, and the moment it became my turn to be served, the employee at my line closed it without a word and walked off to do something else. No one else was given the same treatment while I was there, and it happened right as I stepped up, which made the timing feel targeted.
