DO NOT use Rita for your taxes her negligence cost me money, time, and peace of mind. It's now August and I still haven't received my refund because of her error. I gave Rita two W-2s (I work two jobs). She only filed one, and this one mistake triggered the FTB to claim I owe $1,666 money I never actually owed. Instead of receiving the refund I was due, I now have to pay the state out of pocket because the deadline is too close to fix her mistake in time.
