We came here at 12:15 on a Saturday. Perfect weather, dry and sunny. When we first arrived there were no cars in the parking lot so I checked the hours to make sure they were open (they open at noon). We saw that the window at which to order was open. And then we stood there for five long minutes, hoping someone would appear to take our order. No one did, so we left and went to the Rita's in conshohocken. Staff was great very accommodating and very friendly. The water race is always great.
Found hair halfway through eating the water ice. Disgusting.
