I went there today and there was this guy Jack working. I saw him multiple times wipe his runny nose with his gloved hand and then start handling the gelato. This happened in front of two of his coworkers and neither of them said anything. It grossed me out so much I didn’t get anything and don’t plan on coming back. This is sad considering Rita’s was one of my favorite ice cream places to go to before I realized how unsanitary their conditions are. If you go here your gelato might have someone’s snot in it!!!!

We LOVE Ritas! We moved here from Philly a couple decades ago and are delighted to have this Ritas in town. The staff is friendly and helpful. The flavors of water ice are yummy! I highly recommend you come here as often as you can!
Very rude customer service. Young girl with glasses were very rude and not greet guest upon arrival
