I normally go to the Rita’s on Stickney Point Road and this one has some work to do in comparison. To my understanding Rita’s is a franchise business and this location has a different owner. The first time I went here they were out of five different Italian ices and it was only noon. The person was not very helpful or friendly about the situation. Staff was very welcoming as you walked in. Explained the menu to us as it was a first time there. We spent over $30 for a small custard in a cup, gelato/custard, and ice cream sandwiches. It was good but for me...but that's a little pricy for what we ordered. This is somewhere I would go once or twice a year.

Rita’s is a great spot for a sweet, refreshing treat. I tried the mango Gelati with vanilla custard, and it was delicious — the ice was fruity and light, and the custard was smooth and creamy. The staff was friendly and patient while I picked my flavors, and the place was clean with a fun, casual vibe. There’s a good variety of flavors and options, whether you’re in the mood for something fruity or rich. Definitely worth a visit, especially on a warm day!

I had an amazing experience at Rita’s! The ice cream was absolutely delicious—smooth, flavorful, and hit the spot on a hot day. The staff made the visit even better with their friendly and welcoming attitude. You can tell they care about customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!
