Stopped in yesterday for my first time at Rita's, as I have heard great things about this place & their staff! What an adorable place! First thing I noticed was how clean it was!! And the staff were so genuinely warm & welcoming! With it being my first time, they were so patient with all my questions!! The concrete was amazing!!! And I will definitely be back to try the gelati next time!!
I love bringing my boys to Rita’s for a special treat!! Everyone there is always so friendly, and the place is always so clean offering lots of yummy flavors! We are so happy Rita’s is right here in Lakewood ranch! We are from up north and it’s like a taste of home!! Thanks Ritas!
This place by far is one of my favorite locations to go to. There’s always something new and always a smile behind the counter…it always makes my day! I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff for being so helpful and giving suggestions for I’m a very indecisive person and all these delicious options don’t help… Lets give a round of applause to management, for you done a great job finding hard-working staff that go out of their way to make people’s day. Ritas was such an amazing experience for my family and I. Not only was their ice and custard absolutely delicious, but their customer service was immaculate. The workers there are very kind. Every time we go there, their ices are always fresh and served with welcoming smiles. Will definitely make Rita’s our new go to dessert spot.
