Awesome experience tonight. I eat Gluten-free and the woman working tonight was also gluten-free and very helpful.
Olivia was absolutely fantastic during my visit to Rita’s! She greeted me with such a sweet attitude and made the whole experience feel personal and easy. My order came out perfect, and she checked in to make sure everything was right. She’s the kind of employee who makes you want to come back again. Big shout-out to Olivia for the great service!

I normally go to the Rita’s on Stickney Point Road and this one has some work to do in comparison. To my understanding Rita’s is a franchise business and this location has a different owner. The first time I went here they were out of five different Italian ices and it was only noon. The person was not very helpful or friendly about the situation.
