Small portions. Got a flurry, there is only one size, tiny, the center of the flurry was all hollowed out from the stirrer. I must of gotten 3 oz of ice cream for $7.00. Got an ice cream cookie. It was small and stale. I had a similar experience in another Rita’s. I will not set foot in another Rita’s: overpriced and undervalued. Go somewhere else.
Rita’s is always a treat, but what really made this visit stand out was the top-tier customer service! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Their Italian ice was incredibly refreshing, full of flavor, and exactly what I was craving. Great Ice cream and water ice, friendly staff, good prices.
Had my first Gelati at Rita’s in Hawley, PA today and it was so good! (Mine had a sour blue octopus on top!) Staff was lovely, especially when I dropped my whole cup IMMEDIATELY after they handed it to me 🤦♀️. They were very kind and made me a new one, which I handled much more carefully. I’m already thinking about what I’ll order next time!
