yesterday was my first time trying rita’s! this location is very friendly and helpful, and there were tons of great options on the menu! i had an amazing experience
I had a very disappointing experience at Rita’s Italian Ice. The milkshake I ordered was extremely watery and lacked the thickness and quality I expected. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, instead of addressing the issue professionally, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. One staff member even suggested that “maybe another restaurant choice would make it thicker,” which was both unhelpful and disrespectful.
