What a poor excuse for an amazing brand. Just stopped in for a quick treat and just ordered a large plain cup of vanilla custard. It seems that the employee working the register took on too many orders at once and couldn’t keep up with the flow. In result, my custard was the first one to be dispensed yet it sat on the counter for eight minutes while other orders were being prepared.
