Staff was extremely friendly and catered to me and my friends even though we came close to closing time. I would recommend to anybody and everybody
good, satisfies my rita's craving but often closed with no update of hours on Google or Maps, have checked the hours and drove 20 mins to see all the lights off multiple times. would rather drive the 40 minutes to the rocky river location instead of taking the chance coming here just for it to be closed
there was 2 people in line and it took 20 minutes for me to get my order
Sorry but this is not east coast custard. I got excited as it’s close to home but feel it’s heavily processed
We LOVE Rita’s!!! Always great service and super yummy custard and ice!! Jessica and Rick always have a smile on their face and are super friendly! Riley and Zarreyah helped us tonight and were so sweet as well. This place is our favorite!!! Another great experience with Autumn and Roman! We love Rita’s!!! Thanks for always making happy customers!! We can’t seem to stay away…great service from Dvora and Mindy!!
