Never returning ! My daughter ordered a large by mistake I asked could I get a small and they refund the difference. The guy told me he can’t he doesn’t know how??? Okay whatever! I said just give me a small cup it was for my toddler literally didn’t need a large. I get not even two seconds to the car and it’s a piece of hair right on top blended in the custard! let’s just say I was denied a refund and got a small just for it to have a hair! Threw it out ! Love the water ice served by Rita's. This location didn't disappoint. I was lucky enough to meet one of the owners who was kind and engaging. Clearly loves what they do and it shows in the way the store is run
We LOVE RITA'S! We need one in West Michigan! The Marshall to Kalamazoo area.
My first time being there, and I was not disappointed. Great staff, polite and courteous. My 5 layer gelati was outstanding. So many combinations to choose from. Will definitely be going back.
