Just went to Rita’s and they close at 9:00 pm we got there at 8:40. The guy that hat waited on us was very unfriendly . He made a mistake and gave me a cup but I asked for a cone. He apologized but my husband wanted black cherry water ice and he said they don’t have it but it was on the billboard. He seemed agitated and likely could have went into the back to get more our. Good water ice
It was my birthday! We went out to eat and I really wanted Rita’s after. When we got there my fiancé just passed out. I was terrified! Not one person asked if I needed help not one..the ambulance came…he was severely dehydrated. Thumbs down to the people who were there on 7/11 and just sat there staring while I was struggling!!
