I have to admit, I was super disappointed with the service at this Rita’s location. Another couple and I were waiting outside at 9:19 pm to order and the worker shut the blinds and said that they were closed. I understand needing to clean up by 9:40 pm for a 10:00 pm close, but 9:19 pm is too early, in my opinion. Both guests and I drove far.

Lake and team made our event so successful and fun! We had the truck at a recent event for an hour-they were so easy to work with and set up for a great event ahead of time. They were prompt day of, accommodating, very efficient and created a great environment for our guests! I will definitely be using them again:)

I used to love the ice here but quality is falling due to $$ saving tactics after electricity rates went up. The ice was in melted liquid when served, the rep said that's how it is. On top of that there were chunks of plain water ice with no flavor in my cup. For $6.74 that's a rip Off. I could get a Cool Aid cherry slush at any convenience store for $2.00 The Franchise owner should look into this. Rita's was a vendor at our first ever event in Elizabeth, NJ this past weekend! Lake, the owner was so easy to work with - professional, friendly, and accommodating. Our attendees had nothing but positive feedback about Lake and Rita's! We're looking forward to working with them again in the future. Highly recommend!
