If I could give it a zero star, I would. This location wasn't accommodating at all when I was working with my disabled clients on their "free ice day". My staff and I had a large group of clients that use wheelchairs and need full physical assistance to walk. One of my staff walked in, alone, and asked the woman at the counter that if we took a picture of who was in our van and how many people in total wanted an ice, so we didn't have to bring them in. I came in for the free Italian ice with my special needs group. I politely asked the manager if I could show her a picture of my group being that they will make a mess in the store and etc mind you I brought in two or three from the group and staff. The manager told me no that she needs to see everyone. There was an older lady behind the group of us that explained to the worker that she came with someone else and how they couldn’t find parking and he gave her the two Italian ice. Pulled up around 8:45 pm. They were closing at 9:00 pm and turned off the icecream machine already. Many customers left. I think that you shouldn’t say your open until 9 pm if you are going to shut down most things. Terrible customer service.
Absolutely horrible. The service was atrocious, the guy at the counter was unprofessional didn't acknowledge me at all when I said thank you countless times and didn't even try to hide that he'd rather be elsewhere. Also, I ordered two flavors and only got one even though I specified the order. And if that wasn't enough, the gelato tasted expired. I've been going here for years and this time was the last time.
This location is absolutely the worse. This is the second time I’ve come to this location and the workers seem to be confused, can’t make decisions and don’t bother to call someone that can answer basic questions since they can’t answer them. I went to this location and purchased an ice then realized that I have a free ice so I asked to have the free ice in addition to the ice I purchased.
