You have Kids cleaning out the soft serve machine a whole hour and change before closing hours. I could allow 30mins before close to slide, but an hour + is unacceptable. Custard is your staple, so when you have people waste time and gas for service such as that it is extremely disappointing.
They left a passive-aggressive note on the delivery bag because of my mom's instructions on the delivery. Not only that but the order we got was completely wrong anyway.
