Staff is so kind and always have a smile. Shaved ice lasts a long time and is delicious! The pup cups are a huge hit with the dogs. So we are huge fans. So glad to have Rita’s so close!

We were asked for our order immediately upon walking in, before we even had a chance to look at the menu. The selection was quite limited, and none of the regular flavors we expected were available. Disappointing experience overall.
