Custard is delicious, service is lacking and rude. My mother asked for napkins and the window was closed and the request ignored. They closed the blinds prematurely at 9:35 and acted like it was a huge inconvenience that people were coming so close to closing time. 2 older women went to the window at 9:54, right before the staff rushed to close the blinds.

Everytime I come here and order a large, it is always hollowed out, always. $10 for something that isn’t even filled properly. Also, instead of writing their orders down like any other place would, they like to come back and make you repeat yourself, especially if it’s a larger order. Disappointed with however they train their staffs to run this place Edit: Not rude if I am being honest, I’m allowed to make a review. There is a photo provided of a large custard that is clear as day hollowed out.

This is by far the most disgusting organization i have ever had the displeasure of going too. Me and my 2 year old decided that it would be a good idea to go get ice cream and my kid ordered a large and they gave her a small. I ask why and she said and I quote” she doesn’t need that much she’s already big enough” I was in disbelief, but i came to the realization and said thank you have a good night.
