I have reason to believe an employee here by the name of zach (curly hair, looks kind of light skinned) tampered with my drink on purpose, i came here 03/18/2026, we interacted at the register and when it was time to pay he brought up the tip screen and when i didn’t leave a tip he visibly seemed upset. I ended up not going to the other window to watch what he was doing and he took a very long time making my drink. Stay away from the cookie dough topping, seemed off in taste ruined my custard
Today. 10/5/25. Ordered small hot fudge Sunday no nuts. I got vanilla custard - good; 1 tsp hot fudge on top - bad; no whipped cream nor cherry - bad. $9.00 - bad. Never going there again
Unbelievable your worker Jeremiah was being rude and disrespectful I asked for nerds on my milkshake as a topping and when he opened the door, there was nothing on there so I asked for some and gave me an attitude then came back with the nerds on the milkshake and opened the door and said to his coworkers “that’s what I said who put nerds on a milkshake” unbelievable and disrespectful I came 20 minutes away just to try Rita’s since it looked good, this is unbelievable never coming back
