This doesn't feel like a normal Ritas. - The cups are all smaller than normal by about 20%. -They don't give you the food as they make it. You just have to stare at it through the window as it melts and they make everything else in the order. - They are out of normal stuff - They are way too chatty and provide very slow service
Was next in line, started to order a small gelati. There were 3 people working. The AA girl at the front window interupted me, told me I had to wait and closed the window. Looked like there was some sort of confusion going on in the back, Very unprofessional! Upon receiving my order this order was the size of a child's ice cream. Showed at 8:45 and 8 people all waiting outside banging on the glass and the girl inside ignored everyone and continued to clean up. Others showed up just to have same experience. If you are closing at 8:45 and need the time to closeup then put up a sign or something or put it on the website.
I have reason to believe an employee here by the name of zach (curly hair, looks kind of light skinned) tampered with my drink on purpose, i came here 03/18/2026, we interacted at the register and when it was time to pay he brought up the tip screen and when i didn’t leave a tip he visibly seemed upset. I ended up not going to the other window to watch what he was doing and he took a very long time making my drink. It felt like at least 3 minutes, it absolutely should not take 3 minutes to put ONE flavor of ice into a cup wi... read more
