Was so excited to see there was a Rita’s in pigeon forge!! This location definitely pleased the family. There are so many delicious treats and flavors to choose from and oh so good! Whether you go with the made fresh Italian ice or their delicious soft serve custard you won’t be sorry. This location also has something that only a handful of Rita’s location have and that’s their homemade hand scooped frozen custard and oh my the delicious flavors to choose from. Not sure why there is a 4 to 5 star average! I went in the recommendation of the reviews however I am rather disappointed. The atmosphere was cool, however, the staff thought that rap music playing using F BOMBS AND N WORD was appropriate music for the public. I, my wife and 11and 7 year old were offended. I asked him to please not play that music. He did change the music, but treated me as if I inconvenienced him and his friends l, that were in the shop. I've never been there before the lady was so nice. She answered all my questions & was so patient with me. I love the caramel shake.
the lady there was very professional and helpful and gave me samples and gave me a great deal for my toddler daughter the ice is great so is the ice cream
One of the best summer time treats in Erie! Staff is always helpful and very friendly. Lots of flavor and menu options.
I am so glad that Rita's is opening tomorrow! I can't wait. I have a large order that I am taking to Coffman 's to the wonderful therapists that worked with me on my shoulder !
The place is really nice! It's very clean and neat and the variety of flavors is great. I would definitely recommend this place!
Everythings delicious! I love that they have variety with their water ices. Mike the manager is a very sweet guy and he is a wonderful manager! Definitely recommend!
