The two stars is for the girl who helped us and no one else. DO BETTER RITAS!!! Not only did you have only one worker at the window serving the whole line all by herself, we witnessed the old black man working with her yell and berate her infront of all the customers for absolutely NO REASON. The poor girl looked like she was about to cry right there at the window, but she held it together and made all of our orders and was very polite and apologetic. do NOT order delivery from this place … they just throw the items in a bag. The “lids” are wide open on the top so everything spills out. Kind of defeats the purpose of even putting a “lid” on it… just be aware, this place sucks at packing up delivery order.. just order from Dairy Queen or ColdStone because at least they know how to package delivery orders properly.. DO BETTER RITAS !!
