Rita is my always fav also The girl who work there was so helpful and friendly .
The staffing here is completely unacceptable. Every time I come here they have one person serving at the window. The managers here are never helping out they sit in the back doing nothing. How are you going to run a water ice business especially during summer time and have one worker to service many customers. The line becomes insanely long. Not to mention it never fails that the ice cream machine is always broken as well as flavors running out constantly. This is extremely disappointing.

They do generally seem understaffed, but my experience today was really not acceptable. I watched as one young girl serviced every single customer that was in line alone and when it finally got closer to the end, the two other people walking around, decided to open a second window and let the only person behind me jump right in front of me…
