I had no issues with my order, but the interaction with the employee wasn’t great. The tone and attitude felt unprofessional and a bit disrespectful. I’m hoping this was just an off day, because customer service matters.
Absolutely love the custard. Great flavor selection
I'm sure all Rita's Italian Ice are nice places to visit but this one was super quiet on a warm day and the girl behind the counter couldn't have been more friendly. We were out of town and needed some ice cream and picked the perfect spot.
