The ice itself is fantastic, just can't give the ephrata Rita's 5 stars because the vibes are bad. They need some music playing or something to bring a little life to the place. Customer service was excellent
You can't live in PA and not love Rita's.
I’ve been reading these reviews and the people just simply don’t understand that the flavors change everyday and run out sometimes. Ritas can’t guarantee the flavor you want will be there. Treat the workers will respect and maybe they will be nice back.
2:40pm on a Tuesday and Noones here. A white benz in the employee parking spot but not a sign of life in the store. You lost at least 3 sales while we were there.
The sign on the wall says closes at 10, google says 10 as well. I get there at 8:50 with my family from out of state and everything was already pretty much closed. I ordered a gelati and she kept double checking I wanted custard because she didn’t seem to want to use the machine. Got my gelati and literally. NO CUSTARD LAYERS like it’s supposed to have. My daughter the same.
