Usually we get a full quart, and it serves 4 people 4 small servings, only got 3 out of this one after waiting several minutes as the sign on window said Be right back. I get its 1 cup short but I didn't realize Ritas was rationing ice while out of all custards lol I saw the sun shining through as my husband sat down in the car and I said " take the lid off that please"

The staff at this Rita’s were friendly, patient, and did a great job despite an incredibly busy day. The water ice was fresh and delicious, and the employees provided excellent customer service. That said, I left feeling concerned for the people working there. It was around 100°F outside, and from what I could see, the employees appeared to be working in a building without air conditioning and with very little airflow.
