The service was fine. My issue is really with the custard that is not actually really custard as it doesn’t have the consistency or texture of a real custard ice cream treat. It is much more like regular soft serve so you should just call it that oh . I also take immense issue with the $2.29 upcharge fee for a waffle cone that is not very well displayed from what I can recall. $10 for a mid-low tier “custard” soft serve on a cone is absolutely criminal. This place is so good. We love that they cycle out their flavors everyday so there is always something I have never tried. Abrielle is amazing and helps us try new flavors and combos. We love this place so much we go multiple times a week and order for our whole staff.
The staff here make it a 5 star experience. Ariella (I’m sorry I didn’t catch the spelling) even whipped us up a little something to try that warrants a return visit. Yummy custard and gelati of course!
Good experience the girl helped us with reward issue and did great at what she did give her a raise. Italian ice was delish
