This RITA'S had a filth bench sitting area. Trash, spilled ice cream made the sitting area unusable. The seating area had not been cleaned in days. The counter top service area was sticky, and the window slider was packed with sprinkles and candy pieces going back years. This used to be a clean establishment. What is going on.?
