This RITA'S had a filth bench sitting area. Trash, spilled ice cream made the sitting area unusable. The seating area had not been cleaned in days. The counter top service area was sticky, and the window slider was packed with sprinkles and candy pieces going back years. This used to be a clean establishment. What is going on.? The size of the "5 layer Gelati" for almost $8 is a joke! It's smaller than a small ice coffee! So maybe 8oz, unless the teenage woman doesn't know what goes with what and clearly didn't want to work, sat at the counter while she stared on her phone instead of paying attention to what I ordered bc she asked 3 times! It's flavored ice and custard, not a rare combination scientific discovery! Very unfortunate how disappointing things are.
