Do NOT go to this location. Stopped in as 1st timers. Ordered 2 Large Wild Cherry/Key Lime Italian Ice as they were out of almost everything. While the guy with the glasses and twists in his hair was packing our cups with Key Lime. The young lady working there grabbed the scooper from him and started helping the man behind us. I love Rita's. The mango gelato is my favorite I hope you will be open all year.
Stopped by to get some Italian ice during their open hours (11am). Place wasn't even open. Waited a few more minutes and still nothing. Based on the previous reviews, im not sure this place is ever really open. Do t waste your time trying this place if there is something closer or at the very least more reliable. 0/5 stars
Oh my gosh, definitely better than that American ICE trash!! Loved the combo of cotton candy, raspberry lemonade, and lemon. Will be back, and soon.
Online it shows Rita’s closes at 10pm, so I left home and drove to come get it. :( It was 9:00pm when I walked up, and the door was locked and there were two people inside being serviced.
