Do not go here. I found a half dozen ants in the wrapper of my waffle cone. Half were alive half were dead.
Staff wasn’t to thrilled to be working , nice selection but then the post greet was friendly.
My daughter cannot have gluten. Online most of Rita's items do not contain gluten but since it's a chain it states to ask the individual location. So when we walked up I asked the person behind the window if the ice cream was gluten free. She proceeded to say non of their ice cream was gluten free. I was surprised and asked why not she said she didn't know but didn't want to risk it. I asked if they had an allergy menu and she said no. Rita’s is always a treat! The Italian ice is so fresh and flavorful! You can really taste the difference compared to other places. I love that they have such a wide variety of flavors, and they’re always adding fun seasonal options too. The staff here are friendly and patient, even when the line gets long. Everything is super clean and well-kept. I definitely recommend getting a Gelati (ice + custard) it’s the best of both worlds! Perfect place for a quick dessert stop, especially on a hot day.
