The customer service was AWFUL at best. I placed an order through door dash and received the wrong order , this is the second time it happened. The first time I was told it was an error through door dash but the young lady graciously rectified the mistake. HOWEVER this time my experience was TERRIBLE. Rita’s I love you and I love your ice. Your dumpster smells so absolutely rancid and so so bad. I have to hold my breath in your parking lot. Please fix this asap so i don’t have to run to the car plugging my nostrils anymore
